When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorized user of the credit/debit card or other forms of payment used to place your order, and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods. The cost of foreign products and services may fluctuate. All prices advertised are subject to such changes.

PRICING & AVAILABILITY

Whilst we try to ensure that all details, descriptions, and prices which appear on this Website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or canceling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as canceled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.

The prices quoted on this Website are final prices, which may vary either higher or lower than the prices in stores. You acknowledge that the prices quoted on the Website at the time of ordering will be honored. The final receipt will include delivery costs, which will be automatically added to the subtotal of the Hola Product(s) price when you view the items in your shopping cart and have selected your chosen delivery method with the address specified. Delivery costs will be charged in addition; such additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the ‘Total Cost’. Depending on the weight of the product, delivery prices might vary. Prices and delivery costs are liable to change at any time, but changes will not affect orders in respect of which we have already sent you a Dispatch Confirmation.

Except as set forth below, you are also solely responsible for paying any applicable taxes for any purchases you make through our Services. Payment for all orders must be made by credit/debit or by other methods of payment on the checkout page. We accept payment by most major credit cards, debit cards, and digital methods of paying, including American Express, Visa, MasterCard, JCB, Bkash, Nagad, etc. 

You should be aware that online payment transactions are subject to validation checks by your card issuer. We are not responsible if your card issuer declines to authorize payment for any reason. Stock levels are subject to availability from the warehouse and we do our best to ensure all orders are sourced according to the desired quantities and styles. Should any order not be fulfilled by our headquarters upon packing due to product unavailability, we will inform you of this as soon as possible. We will refund you for the unavailable item(s) upon packing and send the rest of your goods. We do not hold any orders and cannot cancel orders at this point in the process. Orders will be packed and shipped as usual in our normal processes and procedures.
